My name is Grant Pilgrim, and I am a proud graduate of Benedictine Military School, Class of 2025. Throughout my middle and high school years, I gained hands-on experience in the construction industry working on docks, bulkheads, dirt work, and operating heavy equipment alongside my father. It was during this time that I developed a deep appreciation and passion for the field.
During my freshman year of high school, I decided to take on an entrepreneurial challenge and started my own pool cleaning business as a side hustle. I managed and operated this business throughout my high school career, which taught me invaluable lessons about hard work, responsibility, and what it takes to run a successful company.
Driven by a desire to build something even greater and to create opportunities for others, I went on to establish South Graded Solutions LLC. My vision for this company is not only to expand the services we offer but also to make a positive impact in the community by providing quality work and meaningful employment opportunities.
